DailyGelek, renamed Daily Shenten since Khenpo Gelek is not anymore the only teacher during the online sessions, keeps the same format as usual: daily sessions will take place 4 times a week, from Wednesday to Saturday (included), at 18:00 Paris Time (UTC+1). From Sunday to Tuesday (included), there will be a break.

Geshe Shedrub Gyatso, resident lama at Shenten, will teach the powerful long-life practice of Tsewang Rigdzin, who is the Deity of Longevity and a special lineage holder of the dzogchen cycle Namkha Truldzö. This long-life practice includes visualization, meditation and mantra recitation. This teaching and practice can help us to strengthen, extend and enhance our life force by healing and removing obstacles and hindrances which prevent the complete fulfillment of our lifespan.

Yetri Thasel, Teaching of Dzogchen Female Lineage, part III

In one more weekend, Khenchen Rinpoche will conclude the teaching of the pith instructions of Dzogchen Female Lineage of Yetri Thasel. Yetri Thasel, one of the four main cycles of the Dzogchen teachings in the Yungdrung Bon tradition, and specifically its female lineage - Mogyud - contain essential instructions from inspiring female masters, transmitted orally from teacher to student.

The three main Dzogchen Cycles as well as "The Mother Tantra" all include "yoga" practices. Shardza Trashi Gyaltsen Rinpoche combined the "yoga" practices from the Zhang Zhung Nyen Gyud and the Atri Cycles into a practical format, and their description is contained in his famous book of Kusum Rangshar (the "Natural Arising of the Three Enlightened Bodies"). Geshe Lungrigh will base his teaching on the book.
