About usShenten Dargye Ling was established in 2005 by His Eminence Yongdzin Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche, the most senior teacher of the Yungdrung Bon tradition, with the aim to preserve this ancient tradition and to transmit it to Western students.

Our missionis to transmit the Yungdrung Bon tradition to the West in a completely authentic way, in its entirety and at the highest quality.

Yungdrung Bönthe native religion of Tibet, is one of the world's most ancient spiritual traditions. It has a unique and very rich heritage. Its knowledge helps sentient beings to cope with the demands of daily life and ultimately leads them all the way up to full enlightenment.

Outside organized retreat times, members are welcome to stay at Shenten for short personal retreats (max 3 weeks), or to join volounteers helping in the upkeep of the centre (gardening, painting, DIY etc)
