Dear Sangha members and friends,

I am writing this message as a follow up to my last mail regarding Rinpoche’s health and practice. Rinpoche is very well as usual, except that he still keeps one insulin per day. His sugar level is well controlled. Our annual ceremonies around the Tibetan Losar, including the annual purification practice and the practices for the anniversary of Nyame Sherab Gyaltsen’s birthday were observed in the monastery. We dedicated them to all of you and to the benefit of all the beings.

Visiting Shenten Dargye Ling

Outside organized retreat times, members are welcome to stay at Shenten for short personal retreats (max 3 weeks), or to join volunteers helping in the upkeep of the centre (gardening, painting, DIY etc)
