Enseignement par Lama Sangye

27 - 28 Janvier 2018

Teaching by Drubdra Khenpo, Tsultrim Tenzin Rinpoché from Triten Norbutse Monastery

The 27th and 28th of January in Paris

- There's only 50 places. Priority will be given to those who registered.

- It has been said there's only a few chairs. Please come as far as possible with your meditation cushion.

Tummo is a tantric technique with many benefits and a profound effect on one's energy and stability in meditation. Beside, tummo is also about generation of heat. Bonpo Tummo comes with a beautiful preparatory sequence of visualizations and breathing exercises before proper tummo.

The way Drubdra Khenpo teaches tummo, is particularly suitable as an auxiliary practice for Dzogchen. Drubdra Khenpo will also teach trulkhor sequences that should be practiced together with tummo.
